ACTIVATE AN LSC NETWORK PUBLIC/COMMUNITY ACCOUNT
If you are a public/community library patron and need to access an LSC computer or wi-fi, please complete the following option:

1-time Activation option:

1. Click Activate a Lone Star College network public/community account
2. Enter your public library card information* & create an LSC password
   *Library cards are available for free to Texas residents, visit the Circulation desk
3. Request account approval by presenting appropriate identification at the Reference Desk

You may now access LSC computers and the LoneStar wi-fi network
USERNAME: Your 14-digit library barcode number
PASSWORD: The password you created according to LSC security requirements

If you are visiting Lone Star College and need temporary access to an LSC computer or wi-fi, please choose one of the following options:
NOTE: If you need to print, we recommend speaking to the Reference staff to determine the best option for you.

14-day Computer & Wi-fi option:

1. Click Create a Temporary Guest Account
2. Choose the 14-day Computer & Wi-fi option
3. Submit the required information
4. Request approval by presenting appropriate identification to Reference staff in this area

You may now access LSC computers and the LoneStar wi-fi network
USERNAME: Provided upon approval at the Reference Desk (Ex: GST-JSmith)
PASSWORD: The password you created according to LSC security requirements
